BlueOne^TM Pickling Paste 130

A unique patented, virtually fume free pickling paste.

Restores damaged stainless steel surfaces, such as weld seams, by removing weld oxides, the underlying chromium depleted layer and other defects that may cause local corrosion.

BlueOne^TM Pickling Paste 130 is developed to improve safety by reducing the nitric fumes created when pickling by 80%, without affecting the pickling process.

Higher yield, decreased consumption, thanks to the visible blue colour and its free flowing consistency which facilitates application.

Improved pickling result, offers a brighter surface with less discolouration than classical products.

BlueOne^TM Pickling Paste 130 is protected by a world wide patent. Is suitable for applications such as:

• Standard steel grades such as 304 and 316
• Pickling at a temperature in the range of 10-30°C.

For heavy duty application (high alloyed steels like 2205) we suggest the use of our Avesta RedOne^TM Pickling Paste 140.

Avesta Classic Pickling Paste 101

Has a real thick paste consistency which gives a very high sticking capacity making it extra suitable for cleaning in difficult positions to avoid risk of sagging.

GreenOne^TM Pickling Paste 120

A soft pickling paste, suitable for the pickling of easy applications such as low alloyed stainless steel grades to lower the risk of dulling bright finishes.

Avesta Classic Pickling Gel 122

Has a high heat resistance making it more suitable to use at higher temperatures in warmer countries to assure a stable consistency.

RedOne^TM Pickling Paste 140

A strong pickling paste, suitable for the pickling in difficult applications such as very high alloyed stainless steel grades, at lower temperatures in colder climate etc.

FinishOne Passivator 630 is aimed for a wide-range of industrial passivating applications. It offers a good general passivating result on stainless steel surfaces.

Flash clouds or smut, seen as brown staining, can occasionally appear on any stainless steel surface after pickling. Passivating with FinishOne Passivator 630 eliminates these spots with ease, restoring the surface.
