Onsite Pickling - Mobile Service

ICS commenced its business pickling and passivating stainless steel tanks used in the offshore oil and gas industry. It also has undertaken work offshore on oil and gas facilities treating stainless steel topside on oil fabrication FPSO's.

Onsite Pickling & Passivation work is traditionally used by industry on an ongoing or adhoc basis and examples of this include:

• Businesses requiring ongoing stainless steel corrosion management & maintenance program's for their plant;
• Stainless Steel Plant used in industry that cannot be moved e.g. fixed piping, towers & large vessels;
• In the fabricator's yards where it is cost effective to bring labour onsite;

1 Visual inspection and evaluation of projects
ICS will visit your site for an initial visual inspection and evaluation of your site and project. Our qualified & experienced staff will evaluate areas such as the size and scope of the project, the grade of stainless steel and accessibility. We need to work out your specific solution.

2 Pre planning, quotation and risk evaluation of work
Pre-planning is the absolute key to any successful project. On site treatments requires careful planning and even better execution. With ICS's Oil & Gas origins, Health Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) are our highest priority. All planning centres around HSEQ. Every last detail is well planned and this ensures the project is executed in an accurate, timely, cost effective and safe manner every time.

3 Management of pickling projects
ICS will manage every aspect of the project from staff, waste management, containment to the pickling and passivation work. It is really that simple.

4 Documentation and completion reports
A report is provided for every completed project and can be customized to meet the Customers specific requirements.
